Why we Collect your Personal Information

Our purpose in collecting information is for the management and provision of services you have requested from us in relation to the One Million Donors campaign.  This includes the tracking of workplace giving data, sharing of news and information about workplace giving, and administering of the Supporter Mark and Award programs.

The type of Personal Information we collect is mainly based on information that you have submitted on the One Million Donors website, including your name, e-mail address, company logo and details, and data relating to your organisation’s workplace giving program.

WGA will not use or disclose Personal Information without your consent unless the use or disclosure is for the purpose described above or is required or permitted by law.

How we Collect your Personal Information

  • when you otherwise submit Personal Information to WGA, such as subscribing to its newsletter or submitting a form via its website; and
  • when you use the One Million Donors platform or WGA’s website, when its system automatically collects information relating to your visit such as your IP address.

WGA may also collect Personal Information from third parties (such as a third party provider of your workplace giving software) when you have given your consent to us or to another party who hold Personal Information about you to allow WGA access to that Personal Information.
